I tried searching for this throughout the rest of the forum and was unsuccessful in finding anything about my question. If there is a post already, sorry for the repeat and you can link me to it. Otherwise...

I was on the internet on my Droid Incredible and was on my school's blackboard site trying to open a .doc document and nothing happened. Can the phones even open them or is something wrong?

I had the same problem. I had downloaded "Documents To Go" (the free version) and still nothing happened when I clicked a .doc file online. Then I realized that I had to click and hold the .doc file then click "Open" on the command list that showed up. Now it works like a dream.
