Help please......why can't I view videos sent via text messages. We both have android phones. The video comes through Ok and I hear the sound but the video is just a bunch of jumble. I've tried googling this and I've had no luck with any of the suggestions! :disappointed::sad-b:

A bit more info would be helpful. Which phone do you have? Who is your carrier?

Check the format.. Different formats different Android phones..

My phone is the Samsung Galaxy S4 and my carrier is Bell.

Have you always had this issue or did it just start happening? Do you know if your carrier has a size restriction?

You may want to try a different SMS app. Try this one seems to be very populay.

Yes Jeffrey I have always had this problem and actually I thought it was because of my old phone. I just upgraded to the s4 and thought for sure it wouldn't keep happening. Obviously it is my providers issue, not sure of their size restrictions but I will check that out. And in the mean time try this SMS app as you've suggested. Thanks so much for all the help. I'll keep you posted.
