I have tried re encoding some dvd's to my DX. I made a few test re encodes that are small around 6mb. I used x264 and m4v container. It plays the test files fine with the stock player and market players. But, when I re encode the entire dvd with the exact same settings, it wont play. I have tried all file sizes also if that matters.
I also tried handbrake. Tried tons of settings. Again the small test files play fine. When entire movie is re encoded it tells me either illegal file or cant open file. I tried the iphone presets also. The test videos worked, but not the entire dvd. What gives?
