Yes, I use Fuse seems to do the job just fine

There are various exclusive video conferencing service providers such as Polycom,*Accutel, Vidyo, Vidtel, etc. However, if you want to have web / video desktop conferencing, you may have a look at WebEx, gomeetnow, gotomeeting etc.
