AndyCon Skins allow you to theme all app icons with an icon skin overlay. Themers generally spend countless hours themeing app icons one by one. While they may be able to theme hundreds of icons in their theme, they will never have the time to theme all icons for all apps in the Play Store. AndyCons fixes this.
