Video and sound quality

I just got the Bionic yesterday after owning the first droid for over 2 years. So far the biggest complaint is the speakers are not very loud at all, call quality isnt the best cause its not really loud which makes it hard to hear. Also went watching videos on youtube, they are horribly blurry unless you watch them all in HQ mode. Maybe this is just cause i need to change settings? Im not sure. Anyone else notice this or have any possible solutions?

The Bionic has the best call quality that I have ever had on an Android phone and I was using the speakers with the Zumocast to play music and you could here it all through out my gf apart.

I have three, (bionics) awaiting parts for speakers..and right now, I can't get them from my parts dealer..they too are waiting..
