Vibrates now and then

My Dorid keeps vibrating for notifications and the Phone vibrate mode is not selected? I am getting annoyed by this. How can I remove the phone from vibration mode.

try....pressing your meesage icon on the home screen...press settings..scroll down to turn off vibration

I found it, the app which I am using for my Corp email "Exchange by Touch down" is the culprit.

Vibrate mode is the default settings in this app.
