Vibrate turns off by itself

I've been searching and haven't been able to find a solution.

Whenever my Moto Droid is set to vibrate the phone will revert to "ring" when I finish the call.

Any ideas on how to fix it? I have funny ringtones... well that's what my coworkers tell me...

HOLY HELL!! THANK YOU SO MUCH!!

I've tried 3 or 4 different ring controllers and this one finally works! The phone does switch back to ring after a phone call but the Lady Bug puts it back on vibrate.
