Greetings. I've noticed a minor glitch with ICS on my Droid 4. Under sound settings I toggle on Vibrate and Ring settings but once I reboot the phone the setting comes up as being toggled off. I've wiped and reset the phone to be sure no 3rd party apps were causing the problem and sure enough running the stock ICS with default apps that settings won't stay on after a reboot. Any ideas on how to correct this? Thanks
