Very slow 4g

I mean real slow .30 mps. 3g not much better. I used to get 6 to 7 mps all the time. I am also getting timed out alot! Any ideas why the change?

No, I just hit 1gb today. And to make it worse my girlfriend Samsung charge is getting 3 to 5 mbps right next to me!
