They should really think about giving their customers some kind of compensation/discount for THEIR NETWORK/DATA ISSUES...it's very frustrating

They gave me $2.00 off my bill..yes $2.00 dollars. A couple more network outages and I'll get myself a coffee at starbucks with all the money I'm saving.

I will be calling every month until my phone no longer drops data like it its. I refuse to pay full price for a service I don't fully receive.

They can credit you for each day. You pay $90, on a 30 day cycle, therefore they should credit $3 per day.
