Verizon Wireless has issued a list today to their corporate store employees that highlights a number of known issues with the Galaxy Nexus that do not qualify for a replacement. Of course if you push the issue you are entitled to exchange your phone for 14 days from purchase, as well as an extended replacement time given the holidays. Just know that these are the issues Verizon Employees are told don’t qualify for replacement:

The issues contained in this bulletin do not warrant any type of CLNR replacement for customers experiencing these issues.

I admit to not reading all the issues, but pretty much any issue doesn't warrant a CLNR from what I first read? Guessing they want the update to release first before giving out CLNRs....

so basically if you have issues with your phone return it right now and get something else. That's what I took from this anyway. This seems pretty messed up to me.

This one bothers me the most! It's just such a bogus excuse and it's kind of infuriating.

I am fortunate to not have these issues now but I truly feel bad for those who do and are now forced to either return the phone or hope/pray that these fixes truly fix the issues.

Man must suck for some people. I got a brand new replacement now running Axiom 2.2 and it's literally perfect. No issues at all. Couldn't be happier. I'm in the process of selling my Razr just because it just sits here now.
