You obviously didn't read my first post. It's not going to be turned off and they even went so far as to tell us they've removed her IMEI from the block list, so this won't happen.

I read what you wrote. I glanced over it the first time. My question to you and your friend is does she still get the messages to shutdown or cutoff the Note 7? If she does then she will be cut off no matter what she was told. You remember Verizon was not going to be a part of the software update originally then that changed. It is coming from Corporate to shut it down. I was told this by a friend at Verizon. We will see if it stands or not. Note 7 is still the best phone ever. I just couldn't keep it for work and travel.
