got an email saying i was eligible for an upgrade and it listed a few phones. It had the Razr listed @ $249 and its stats showed it having android 4.0 ICS

Did it finally get ICS? or is Verizon mistaken

It was probably just stating that it is IS upgradable. As it will get it in the future.

meh to the email, I've gotten one a couple of times and Verizon doesn't honor them. I still have to wait a few more weeks for my update.
Also no ICS yet, but supposedly soon.

I upgrade early every year due to those emails. Last one I did was only 5 months after my last upgrade. Go figure?
