Verizon Trollin' aka Waiting on the Nexus

I couldnt find it either for the longest time..all i did was go to verizonwireless.com ( i didnt log in) and put the Razr into my cart and went to the page where you select your plan (minutes/text/data/ect) then clicked next and i saw "chat now" in the right hand corner then i clicked that and bam. Ill say that i did try this for the past few days and it was not there, but today it was..pretty random but hope this helps

I was thinking about trying this as well but I assumed they would tell me to go to the wireless site to chat about phone plans and such.

what i did was click on add to cart for the razr phone then it popped up in the top right of the pop up

It's so random when it is there or not.... i wonder if it only gives you the option to chat when a rep is immediately available to chat with you??

Actually the easiest way is to put something in your cart as if you are making a purchase and it will pop up..

^ Nothing new. Verizon said a long time ago they planned on releasing 'before the end of the year'.

I know, but I considered it a victory to even get an answer from them. They've been getting bombarded, and just like corporate, ignore most queries.
