verizon screwed up

i rushed in the update last night but my wifi stopped working i called tech support and they told me to do a factory reset. i did the factory reset but i had not synced my apps lately and some of the apps are not in the market for the 2.2 update. so i called verizon back and they said take it to a store. i did that and the guy told me he could take the phone back to 2.1 i could get the apps save them to my sd card and then update my phone. well the technician didnt know what he was doin so now my phone is stuck on a screen which say:

Battery Ok
OK to program
Transfer Mode:
USB

But rsd won recognize my device
