Verizon S4

Hi,
I bought my wife a S4(she had an Iphone). She loves it except for 1 thing and I know it must be a setting that was turned off. When she has a voicemail or missed call there is no popup notification. Anyone know where to go to turn it on?

There's no real popup notification, but there should be a notification in the notification bar. She should be able to pull it down and be able to select either the voicemail or the missed call.

Also if air gestures are turned on, and phone is laying on a flat surface, waving hand over face of phone will cause it to display information. Missed calls is one of the pieces of information that it will show.

There should also be the notification light blinking at the top left hand corner.

downloaded youmail. does what she needs. I brought it back to the verizon store and they couldnt figure it out. So after some research I figured what she wanted was visual voice mail. Seems like with an Iphone it part of the sytstem.
