    My wife needed a warranty replacement phone, Verizon sent a phone with a bad ESN. So now waiting on a second one.

    Wonder how a phone with a bad ESN even made it to verizon. Usually they turn those away immediately

    We restored it, copied everything over to the new phone. Tried to activate it, but kept getting an unsuccessful error. Verizon said the phone was already on a pending order on someone else's account and couldn't be used. So my wife has had to use her janked up phone since last Friday.

    It's more of just a complaining session about how stupid their CLNR phone program is.

    that is not REALLY Verizon's fault as a company.......just common human error.....if they make it right then it should be all good :icon_ banana:
