Verizon Not Honoring Smart Phone Talk Free

    Anyone else having this problem?

    I've been dealing with Verizon for 2 months and spent hours on the phone and email. According to all the phone reps and supervisors I've spoken with I qualified/met all the criteria when I purchased the phone (Jan. 15) but they are having problems entering it into their system! ????

    Anyone else having this problem or had it rectified?
