The speed test against the AT&T version was rather surprising. I wonder about that one. Overall still liking what I am seeing. Concerned about the data plan cost, though.

I posted these videos for a reason. Those who are on the fence one way or another can decide. For me it made it easier for me to decide to stay with the bionic, but for others it may be what they needed to see to confirm their choice in the iphone. We can go back and forth for a long time arguing which is best but in the end you are making the purchase and you make the decision based on you. If I see any more vids ill post just as I will if I see any more bionic or other android phones for the rest of the forum. Openness shows it all so the user can make the decision based on facts and to decide what is best for them based on ALL the information that is presented before them.

Getting it on Feb 3rd. I have 2 upgrades coming up, one now and one in August. If Verizon does get the iPhone 5, or 4GS. I will be getting that as well.

Regarding the Bionic vs. iPhone concerns. After owning a Motorola Droid for a miserable year I will never buy a Motorola phone again. The build quality is superb, don't get me wrong, but the software and Android in general is not as stable (force closes) as iOS. Google Market is terrible; the applications are not on par with Apple ones. Of course LTE would be lovely, but with the fact that the Bionic comes with Motoblur, the unknown pricing of LTE, and the undisclosed battery life, I cannot wait for something that might turn out to be a major turnoff.

I think the fact its not LTE turns me off. I mean it's a great phone and the hot spot is nice new feature. But ehh. Bionic or LG Revolution for me. Plus ADW EX can replace Motoblur.

in that first video it looks like how you see the disclaimers "screen images simulated" but it's not...that's actually how responsive the phone is haha...the transitions, the speed, and everything loading is silky smooth...definitely a great choice for a phone, i'm seriously considering second lining one just to see how it is...
