So I jumped on the 'upgrade window' on Monday, got the Moto X picked it up in store and kept my max data. But now I'd like to return it for the Note 3. I spoke to 3 different customer reps over the past day, and they all said the same thing: When I return my Moto-X, that contract is voided, and my upgrade date goes back to what it was prior to last week (March 2013 was my old upgrade date). If I then tried to pre-order the Note 3, I'd be forced out of my unlimited data plan. Help! Any suggestions?
