Verizon Data sucks in my area now

I live out in the country and use my phone for everything. The last couple months the internet has gotten worse and worse and its not just my X, I've seen it with several Verizon phones... What the hell?

sounds like you're in a bad coverage area, nothing we can really help with. You could opt for the network extender, my friend who lives up in the mountains has one and it works pretty well

Yeah the only thing that makes me mad is the fact that it didn't used to be this bad. Calls and everything are good, but data sucks

Maybe if you bring this up with VZW CS they may give you a free network extender. I know AT&T offered it awhile back.

That's OK, I was too lazy to Google haha.

It says you need high speed internet. We don't even have phone lines out here and even if we did, AT&T said it would be impossible to get high speed internet out here. Our neighbors have Hughes Net and I don't want any part of that.

I feel your pain because I too live way out and have weak signal strength. I spent the money and got an Wilson repeater/amplifier and also tried the ZBoost system.
