Verizon Back-up Ass't

I just reactivated my Droid Pro, from a Thunderbolt. The Back-up Ass't no longer works, with the correct PIN. It keeps coming up with incorrect PIN. VZW reset the PIN, and it still doesn't work. Any suggestions?
