Has anybody tried VCAST video that was just released for our Android devices?

i'm hesitant to throw down $10 per month before i get some opinions on it. Specifically, what content is being provided, and how is the quality/speed?

It's $10/month, and i believe you can purchase it on the Android Market.

I am curious as well but for $10 a month? I never had Verizon till now but i heard that back in the day...VCAST had free shows. I wonder why they are charging now?
I might do it for a month and see how good it is.

If you watch a lot of tv its totally worth it. Cheaper than cable. Now if I could find a way to stream the vcast tv onto my computer monitor!

the resolution is going to be putrid... it would look much much worse than 360p on your tv

it'll look okay on the Moto Droid (i'm assuming it will be a similar resolution to the Jetflicks streams...

but it won't look good on a screen larger than that (computer,tv, etc)

They give you a free month to try it out...

Where does it say that?

edit: i spent 3 dollars to test it out. its ok. the quality is ok. the video doesnt play on the entire screen its the typical video 'block' in the center of the screen. im not a big tv watcher so for me its not worth it. :)
