Hello all. Ive been trying to root my phone for days and i have tried super one click and now i tried the 1.8 utility and its not working. Im reading every directions very carfully and getting the same result. what i keep getting is not recognized as an internal or external command, operable program or batch file. any info please help. i hope im in the right area of the forums. Thank you for your time.

It sounds like the zip file didn't extract fully, you didn't just run the .bat file from within the zip file did you?
Have to extract it fully to its own folder either on the desktop or root of the C drive.
