Using Proxy w/ Internet

At my school, NYU, much of the intranet needs to be accessed using a proxy.

Normally in Firefox, I can just set it to use the automatic proxy configuration http://proxy.nyu.edu/proxy.pac

Is there any way to set this up on my Droid browser so that I can access the NYU intranet?

Have you tried any of these?
proxy | All | By date, Androlib, Android Applications and Games

All of those either don't work at all, don't work with 2.0, or aren't what I am looking for, unfortunately.

Anyone successfully done this?
