If you have them installed, they should show up in your gallery. If you have Astro, you may need to locate the file (possibly look under the name e.g. Red Icons) and then long press to extract. To change the icons for apps that you want to put on your home screens, I suggest FolderOrganizer for that purpose...

Download FolderOrganizer Lite (free version or download the paid version - either will do this)....open FO, select apps, scroll to the app you want to change the icon of, tap on the arrow on the far right, select icon packs - do you now see your icons?

Yea...that really doesn't do want I want it to do...am using launcher pro + and would like to use these icons in the dock bar. I didn't know if they were located somewhere that I could "steal" them for use in that way...but thanks anyhow.

I'm unfamiliar with those icon packs and how they work, but if there is an APK associated with it, you could just open the APK with 7zip and grab the images.
