Aside from motoblur and launcher pro are there any other UIs out there? I don't want to root my phone but I want some customization options.

Go launcher....netfront....ADW are all pretty good. Netfront is a little hard to get used too and Go launcher isn't as customizable as ADW or Launcher Pro.
