used ebay bought motorola droid

hey just a question, my headphone jack started being gay and i read on the forums the phonejack sucks so i was wondering if i could get a replacement
but the problem is that i bought the droid on ebay so wondering if vzw reps will let me replace it

Take it in just say it was your cousins and he gave it to you or something. They should be able to look up when it was sold. Is the droid even a year old yet? Let me know if you have issues, might be able to talk to my friend that works at a Verizon store.

Shouldn't matter as that should be covered under manufacture warranty and not VZW

oh and i'm not actually sure if it's been a year yet lol when it came in (it was in pretty damn good condition 9/10 imo) so i hope it hasn't been a year

If you had insurance on your line beofre purchasing the Droid, you can get a new refurbished one with the insurance. Of course you have to pay a fee, but it problem would be fixed.

Or just get a set of bluetooth headphones and you are good.
