Does USB Debugging need to be enabled at all times when you are rooted?

    Thanks

Second that...No, there are not a lot of instances for the average rooted or non rooted user that USB Debugging needs to be on, and when one does arise, your device will prompt you to turn it on

Cool, I thought it had to be on always. I think it had to be on when flashing SPR for the first time.

Actually, it seems that Ti Backup wants it running in order to work properly.
