USB Cradle for Rezound.

I am planning to invest into a new cradle in a close future.
So far has stumbled upon this mugen x kidigi usb desktop cradle with 2nd battery slot, seems like everything is in its place, including the price:

Any opinions on this gadget? any further suggestions?
What shall a cradle deliver in general? Still looking....still thinking....

There is an almost identical one on Amazon made by RND for about $5 less. Im researching that particular model to get some user feedback before ordering.
