Urgent

Ok, Im sitting in my bed checkin out new apps and everything and I click on my music widget to play some music and it says it cannot play this file type. But its played it before. So I click to play a new song and it the song files start disappearing. My music just erased itself.
Then I check my SD card for my pictures and music, but nothing. It all deleted itself.
Im not sure how this happened.

I am rooted. Bugless Beast installed.
Please help me recover my stuff.
P.S. all of my contact pictures are still working, and those were all on the SD card.

Is the data on the SD card at all? I mean, can you put the SD card into a computer without the phone being involved and is there any data on it?

Ill try a battery pull.

My computer is a dinosaur and I cant put in an SD card. The only way is through my phone.
When I mount the USB, and click on the files, I cant see them on my computer either.
