    So my friends sister has an upgrade. She said that if possible she would upgrade to the droid x then trade him for his droid and $200. So she would have the Droid and he ends up with the Droid X. Is this as easy as it sounds or is there any tricks involved...

    its a matter of calling in to verizon and telling them the id number on the back of the phone, just use a third phone
