Upgraded to 32 gb kingston memory card

I upgraded to a kingston 32 gb memory card. I tried several time to copy info on everything says it copies but when I get looking at files on phone the music file are never there and the movie file show up but will not play. I called verizon reformat the card again through the phone and now I can see the music file but like the movie files they will not play. when I put my 16gb back in it works fine. Help please

Put the card in a PC and format it. See what happens. Could be a bad card, but it's more likely it's just corrupt and unhappy with the phone formatting.

tried that 2 still same result
