Upgrade Question!

My contract expired on my OG Droid and I want to take it in and upgrade to a new phone. Can I go in and get the Samsung Nexus (when it comes out) and it be part of the upgrade?? IE. Me not getting charged $500 for the phone lol I don't understand the process really

you'll be charged at a new 2yr contract price.

and if you're on unlimited data right now, you'll be grandfathered into it with your Nexus
