Update to Jelly Bean

I just updated my Motorola RAZR to Jelly Bean and I am hearing the sonar sound. None of my apps have the notifications active. So how do I find which app or service is causing this sound and to turn it off?. I have all ready gone through my apps and have deleted apps I do not use even the one that came with the phone.
