I recently rooted my Fascinate, and installed a 2.2 rom. What do I need to do, if anything, to get the OTA from verizon that they finally announced is starting to roll out?

You will need to flash back to stock if you aren't already.

Will that unroot it, and put it back to 2.1 all in one step?

Yes, you will no longer have root.

All you would have to do is go to settings/about phone/system updates/check new and accept the updates.
