OK. I am having a seriously noob moment. I copied the PowerAmp file to the sdcard/Liberty/downloads directory and using root explorer I clicked on it to install it. It keeps telling me NOT INSTALLED. I've moved the file to the system/app directory and rebooted but get the same PowerAmp. Please someone help me out. Thanks.

This didn't work for me either, but I got force closures,not "not installed". Did you try changing the permissions? Let us know if it works for you or not. I just re-installed PowerAmp from the Market to get it back.

Have you went to settings, applications. & enabled allow install from sources other than market?? I install using Astro >>App Manager:blackdroid:
