No matter what launcher or even Rom I use on my Moto Droid, the phone slows to a crawl after most unlocks... It's like every time I unlock the phone it has to spend 1-2 minutes warming up before I can use it! I'm OC'd to 800mhz and the minimum speed is set to 500mhz
