I have an unlocked Droid Razr but its data doesnt work. How do I change the setting so that it can work with the 3G network of AT&T??

If it's a Droid RAZR (not an international RAZR) it won't work with AT&T period. You'll need a GSM RAZR, and I don't know which bands it has compared to AT&T's bands. Check out phonearena for that info.
