unfortunately , the process com.android.phone has stopped

so I woke up this mornig unplugged my phone from charger and above msg was displayed. whenever i press ok it goes back to this message. Took baterry out sim card, reboot couple times still this same. I have no idea what to do. please help

If you are rooted you can try one of the apps that allows you to "fix permissions" and it may clear up your issue. Have you updated/installed any apps recently? A messed up app may be causing your issue.
