Unblock phone calls

My friends on their iphone have an app, or not sure exactly what they do, but have a way of unblocking a blocked phone call. They let the blocked call ring until the end, and then do something to reveal the number that was calling them.

Is there such a thing on android, I really need to find a method to unblock a number.

Btw I am familiar with trapcall, but is there any free ways to do this?

Sounds like you just need to ignore by selecting that option or let the call ring until it stops and then check the call ID afterwards to see who called. If that's not what you're looking for, then you can also use establish a google voicemail box. That will allow you to actually screen the call and have the party calling announce their name and then you can select 1 or 2 to accept or deny the call, similar to collect calls. If you don't want to screen the call then you can set up specific phone numbers to receive specific voicemail messages instead.
