Since the update, whenever I am talking on the phone, I cannot turn the screen on. This is particularly annoying when I am checking voicemail and need to enter my pin or want to delete a message.

If you take the phone away from your face, the screen does not come on? Do you have a screen protector, case, or something that might block the sensor? There is nothing in the update that would cause your issue unless something went wrong during the update.

I have a case on it but the sensors aren't blocked. I can't even turn the screen on until the call is ended.

I know it's a hassle but maybe a factory reset?
