UD Settings Extras not working

My wifes incredible, no matter which ud rom, will not run any of the extra's on UD roms. It goes through the all the motions of running the extra but after reboot it isn't there. I have tried multiple extras multiple times with no luck.
Any ideas?

Need more info like kernel, etc.. and what settings are you tring to achieve?

No special kernel. Wipe and flash. The extras i tried were fonts and swype
