Two Newbie Questions

Yesterday, I noticed the gps symbol and the bluetooth symbol have just shown up in the bar at the top of my home screen. In Locations & Security settings I've always had the "Use wireless networks" and "Use GPS" checked. I haven't done anything with the Bluetooth that I know of.

Is this normal? Do I need to change anything?

Newbie questions, I know...

If you do not use the blue tooth turn it off save the juice on the battery......
For more important things like ANGRY BIRDS!! LOL

haha epiphone you read my mind. angry birds definitely takes priority over bluetooth anyway, even if i used it...

epiphone74, thank you for the advice. I still can't figure out bluetooth got turned on since it took me a while to figure out how to turn it off! But that could explain the recent battery drain. And you're right about Angry Birds! Love it.
