turn off swipe right entirely?

I disabled the Magazine app but keep getting "application not installed " when I barely swipe right. I'd love to turn it off.

Have you checked the setup menu to see if there is an Off option?

It may be app specific. Have you looked in the Magazine App's settings?

there are no settings once you disable it. it is a system app or something had to look at one of the many articles online to turn off magazine app.
