I had root and then the phone started acting screwy and even though the super user icon is present non of my apps that require root work. they all say that root is no longer present, I have been having other issues as well, and now that the droid razor is coming out I want to get that. I tried a factory reset and it took but super user icon is still present. my system version is 4.5.605 and the version is 2.3.3

Thanks in advanced for any assistance!

You can try two things. Download petes motorola root tool v1.06. It's a one click root tool with an option to unroot. Try unroot first. If that doesn't work, try root, delete the apk, then unroot. Make sure your phone is in charge only and usb debugging is enabled
