I don't believe this is a specific liberty issue...but for the longest time now the wifi on my phone turns on and off on it's own. I can't figure out what's causing it.
Originally I suspected an app but one time when I was flashing a new rom I hadn't set up my google account on the phone and it was still doing it. So now I'm not sure if it's an app or not.
It seemed to start sometime around Android version 2.1.
