    Hello all,

I know I've heard that the rezound is a world phone. Would it be possible to take my phone to south america and use it in Colombia and try another carriers sim card so I can avoid paying verizon's long distance charges?

    Thanks.

Who said it is a world phone?
I think that it is only cdma. LTE might work though.

The Rezound does in fact have all the bands to be a World phone but you would need to be rooted. This is kept under tight wraps by Verizon, of course..\
