How did you get the smaller call/menu/thing at the bottom? I've tried with Home++ and had no luck.

It's GDE with the GDE Hero Theme. It rotates in a 3d cube and with a rooted phone and advanced task manager, it runs very fast and smooth for me.

    help pls.

after inputting busybox cp -R framework-res.apk /system/framework command, i'm getting cp: cannot stat 'framework-res.apk': no such file or directory...
i already renamed zip file to apk and put them on sdcard...

did you try the SU command? Also, disconnect and reconnect the droid. I had the same issue, I believe I just disconnected it and then went back into adb shell and tried it again (without mounting, I think?). I think it did the trick.

With Astro file manager check the file to make sure there isn't a zip extension attached to the file.

there is a mount function before that, no?

    "su
    mount -o rw,remount -t yaffs2 /dev/block/mtdblock3 /system
    cd sdcard
    busybox cp -R framework-res.apk /system/framework
    reboot"

Also, there IS a space after "yaffs2" and after "mtdblock3".

I remember having the exact same error, but I could have sworn unplugging it and doing it again without mounting did the trick.
